The episode starts with Swara making Prasad in the kitchen. Koel releases a snake, hoping it will bite Swara. Vedant enters and asks for his protein shake. Swara accidentally cuts her finger. Vedant pulls her close and says she always hurts herself. He takes her to bandage her hand. Koel notices the snake is missing and worries it might bite her. A lady enters the hall and captures the snake in a jar. Vedant finishes bandaging Swara’s finger. Swara recites a poem and asks Vedant to praise her. Vedant leaves. Manju arrives and asks about Swara’s finger. Swara says it was a small injury. Manju gives her clothes and jewelry for the puja.
Dhwani worries the snake might bite her. Koel laughs and assures her it will only bite Swara. Dhwani asks how she knows. Koel says the snake will die if it bites Dhwani. She tells Dhwani to get ready for the puja and recalls giving the snake to the lady. Dhwani asks who the lady is. Koel says some secrets should remain hidden. She tells Dhwani they will soon hear that the Krait snake’s poison is in Swara’s body.
Swara gets ready in the clothes Manju gave her. Vedant offers to help since her finger is injured. He helps her put on earrings, a necklace, and a maang tika. Vedant asks if she needs anything else. Swara asks for anklets. Vedant helps her put them on. The lady watching them remembers putting snake poison on the anklets. Vedant asks Swara to come for the puja. The lady continues to watch.
During the puja, Pandit ji asks Vedant to join. Vedant sits with Swara. Pandit ji applies tilak to everyone and asks them to sit. Swara and Vedant perform the Naag Panchami puja, followed by others. Koel stops Prabha from participating. Prabha helps Dadi sit in the front. Swara and Vedant perform the Maha aarti, followed by other couples. Swara invites Prabha to join the aarti. Vedant says Prabha is just Dadi’s caretaker and not a family member. Pandit ji asks Swara to distribute the aarti plate. Swara turns to Vedant. Vedant asks her to give the aarti to his mother first. Koel smirks.
Swara feels dizzy and approaches Koel. Koel watches as Swara faints and falls, shocking everyone. Koel and Dhwani are happy and smile. Vedant shouts for water and asks someone to call a doctor. Manju tells Abhi to call the doctor. Swara’s eyes are open, but she is unresponsive. Koel pretends to be concerned. Prabha is shocked. The doctor arrives and checks Swara. He can’t find her pulse. Vedant asks if she is okay. The doctor says he is sorry, but Swara is no longer alive. Everyone is shocked.
