Chirag catches Deepika when Shobha and Jahnvi throw her out of the house. He warns Shobha that a daughter and dignity should stay at home. Shobha nervously says it’s a family issue.
Chirag says she called Deepika a servant, made her work all the time, and humiliated her. He calls it torture. Jahnvi asks why he cares. Chirag tells her to shut up. He threatens Shobha and Jahnvi with legal action if they mistreat Deepika again.
He tells Deepika he is on her side and leaves. Jahnvi yells at Deepika, asking what she told Chirag. Deepika remembers Yashwant’s warning not to reveal anything. She says she doesn’t know what Chirag meant and walks away. Shobha and Jahnvi keep yelling. Manorama says Yashwant has changed suddenly.
Chirag meets Yashwant and asks how he can allow Shobha and Jahnvi to torture Deepika. Yashwant says he is helpless and hopes Chirag will protect Deepika after marriage. Chirag promises to always protect her.
Yashwant talks about Lavanya’s hatred towards Deepika. Chirag says he will handle her. Lavanya drives by and sees them. She wonders what Chirag is doing with Yashwant. Deepika remembers Chirag protecting her and thinks marrying him would upset Lavanya and her family.
Shobha insists Deepika tell her who Yashwant has chosen for her. Deepika says she doesn’t know and to ask Yashwant. Yashwant returns home. Shobha complains that Deepika manipulated Chirag to support her. Yashwant warns her to stay away from Deepika and takes Deepika away. He warns her not to reveal anything to Shobha. Jahnvi tells Shobha that Deepika has hit a jackpot and will ruin her life.
Lavanya confronts Chirag and asks what he was discussing with Yashwant. Chirag says he was given the responsibility for Prithvi and Jahnvi’s wedding. Lavanya says he is lying and she knows him well.
Chirag denies lying and walks away, saying he will talk later. Lavanya thinks he is hiding something. She calls someone and says the task should be finished tonight. Yashwant returns home and insists Deepika consider Chirag’s proposal and not reveal the alliance to anyone. Shobha tries to eavesdrop on their conversation. Yashwant senses it and taunts her.
Chirag remembers Yashwant’s concern that Deepika will be tortured by his mother like Shobha and Jahnvi do. He promises himself that he will always protect Deepika. He messages her, asking how she is doing. They both chat and feel happy.
