The episode starts with Abhira talking to Akshu. She says she can’t sleep and thanks Akshu for teaching her all the tricks. She checks the news about thieves stealing wedding jewelry. Armaan calls her. He asks why she is scared and offers to stay with her all night. She tells him to stop thinking about romance. He tells her to relax. She sees a shadow. He says he is coming over. She says she will manage.
She sees smoke and worries about a fire. She opens the door. The thieves catch her. Dadi stops Armaan and tells him to go to sleep. He agrees and says good night. The thief asks for the ring.
Abhira says it is Armaan’s ring and she needs to give it to him tomorrow. She asks them to take anything else. The thief pushes her. She thinks she needs to save the ring and looks for her phone. Armaan says he needs to go to Abhira. Dadi says the ring is Abhira’s responsibility and tells him to sleep.
He agrees and leaves. She says she is always stubborn. The thief finds the ring in a grains box and smiles. Abhira imagines Dadi, Vidya, Manisha, and Armaan saying she couldn’t keep the ring safe for one night. She says she won’t let them down and won’t let the thieves take the ring.
The thieves smile at the ring. Abhira throws powder at them and takes the ring. Armaan wonders what to do and decides to use the back door. He opens the door and sees Dadi. Dadi gives him water and says good night. He thanks her and takes the bottle. She says she will lock him in if he leaves. He agrees.
He calls Abhira but she doesn’t answer. Dadi says maybe she is asleep and jokes that she will look beautiful even without sleep. He agrees and says good night. Abhira scolds the thieves and fights them off.
They run away. She shuts the door and cries happily, seeing the ring. She says she saved Armaan’s ring and didn’t break Dadi’s trust. She decides to tell Armaan after the wedding. Armaan calls her and asks if she is okay. She says yes and that she has overcome her fear. He asks if she will come in his dream and hug him. She calls him mad and ends the call. He says she is his.
She says she is ready and no one can take Armaan’s ring. She falls asleep. Rohit asks Ruhi where she is going. She says nowhere. He asks her to help him find headache medicine. He takes her to a room decorated with heart balloons and candles.
He says he planned a date for her. She says it is beautiful but she has work because of the engagement tomorrow. He says it is not their engagement and wants to make their date perfect. He wants to spend time and talk. She wonders how she got into this situation. He gives her a drink and she finishes it quickly. He says they will dance. He plays music and they dance. She imagines Armaan and smiles.
She says she loves him. She sees Rohit and realizes she almost said Armaan’s name. Rohit smiles and hugs her. He says the date is perfect for him. In the morning, Abhira and Armaan wake up. They smile and say it is their engagement day. They jump on the bed and dance. Abhira checks the ring box and is shocked to see it empty.
