The episode begins with Rano telling Lakshmi that the man was rude. She asks Lakshmi to come with her. Lakshmi mentions that the bag felt heavy, like it had a gun inside. Rano questions if Lakshmi works in security and wonders how anyone could bring a gun past tight security. She insists Lakshmi come with her and asks if Lakshmi is embarrassed to meet the Chief Minister (CM). Lakshmi is confused and asks Rano to come along.
Sandeep Mishra arrives at the hotel. The terrorists enter the lift and hide their guns in the ceiling. When the lift opens, one terrorist asks Sandeep if there is anything suspicious. Sandeep replies no.
Karishma tells Dadi not to think about that day. Dadi says she doesn’t. Karishma expresses that she misses Virender Bhai. Dadi says he is her son and she will miss him until she dies. She never thought she would miss him this much. Aanchal asks Neelam what happened. Neelam reveals she never wanted to marry Virender but did so because her father insisted. She says they were never a good couple, and Virender made a mistake she can’t forgive. Despite his efforts, once someone is out of her heart, they can’t come back in. She admits she never liked him, but after he went into a coma, she realized she loved him and wanted him in her life. Dadi says everything was ruined, including Virender. Neelam says she doesn’t want to talk about him and asks Dadi not to mention him. Dadi agrees but recalls her moments with Virender. She peeks into a room where men are talking and tries to listen but leaves when a terrorist comes out to check.
The CM tells her assistant she is ready with her speech. Someone knocks on the door. The assistant and another man aim their guns as they open the door. Lakshmi and Rano enter. The assistant asks the CM to speak with Lakshmi and leaves. The CM tells Lakshmi about the threat and says her assistant cares for her like a son. The terrorist plans to shoot the CM as soon as she enters the lift. He says they have the freedom to kill many people. The CM confides that she didn’t tell her assistant the full threat, which includes being shot multiple times and her body being burned. The terrorist declares the hotel will close today. The CM asks Lakshmi why she came. Lakshmi says her aunt wants to meet the CM. Rano wants to take a selfie and asks if the CM needs someone for a women’s organization, but she doesn’t want to risk her life. She takes a selfie with the CM.
Rishi announces that everyone should go to the terrace for the flag hoisting by the CM. The assistant checks the area and deems it safe. He asks the CM to come out, assuring her everything is secure. The CM says she feels safe with Ojhas. The terrorist stops one lift and uses a coin to keep the door open. They learn the CM is coming to the lift and prepare their guns from the ceiling. Sandeep Mishra waits for the lift to stop, and the terrorists get ready to shoot.
The Chief Minister (CM) twists her foot while walking. Ojhas offers her a chair to sit. Lakshmi checks her foot and asks if she is ready with her speech. The CM says yes. Lakshmi twists her own foot and treats the pain. The CM thanks Lakshmi.
Tobby calls the terrorists in the lift. He tells them that civilians are in front of the CM and asks them to wait for the right moment to shoot. The terrorists can’t hear him due to poor network in the lift. They ask what he is saying. He ends the call and tells the others he couldn’t understand.
Sandeep Mishra finds a coin stuck in the lift door. He realizes the attackers are inside. The CM asks Lakshmi if she has done magic. Lakshmi says she learned this while working on a farm.
Sandeep Mishra tries to call Ojhas. He urges him to pick up the phone. Ojhas answers. Sandeep Mishra tells him to save the CM. He explains that terrorists are blocking one lift and are in the other. He suspects someone is informing the terrorists that the CM is heading towards the lift. He pleads with Ojhas to protect the CM.
Ojhas is shocked. He tells another man that Mishra ji asked him to stop the CM from going towards the lift because attackers are there. The man says she is already there. The terrorists aim their guns, ready to shoot as soon as the lift door opens.
