Job Description

What You’ll Do on the Job
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, primarily via chat and occasionally over calls.
- Continuously expand your knowledge of Mangomint products and industry trends to deliver expert-level answers and support.
- Work closely with various teams to identify and resolve technical issues reported by customers.
- Record and disseminate common customer issues and their solutions.
- Deliver tailored solutions and proactive follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Work Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm, in either Mountain Standard Time (MST) or Central Standard Time (CST).
Job Requirements for this Role
- At least 1 year of experience in a software support role.
- The ability to learn rapidly and maintain an “I’ll figure it out” mindset, while also being comfortable asking questions.
- Capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- You excel in tackling complex challenges, even under pressure.
- A true passion for engaging with people from diverse backgrounds, treating everyone with respect and kindness.
- Strong written communication skills.
- *Experience with salons and spas (or the beauty and wellness industry) would be a significant advantage.
