Job Description
They are seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join their team at Truework! In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering our verification product to their customers.
Their operations and support team bridges the gap between their customers and the back-end platform, ensuring a top-notch experience for the hundreds of thousands of unique users their product and web application serve each month.
In this role, you will represent Truework by directly communicating with customers, consumers, and respondents to ensure a smooth verification process.
Your responsibilities will include actively listening, reading, and analyzing communications in detail to understand the purpose behind each request, allowing you to provide efficient and thoughtful solutions.
Success in this position requires clear and effective communication, strong multitasking abilities, and the capability to quickly learn and adapt to various technical platforms.

What You’ll Do on the Job
- Independently manage a high volume of inbound tickets through phone, email, and chat channels, adhering to SLAs and providing outstanding service.
- Diagnose technical issues and deliver clear, actionable solutions to customers.
- Initiate proactive customer outreach efforts to reduce recurring issues and enhance overall satisfaction.
- Simultaneously operate multiple systems to ensure a reliable and efficient workflow, while fully owning your results.
- Follow internal procedures to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
- Effectively communicate with internal teams and customers, gathering and disseminating all necessary information to support Truework platform users.
- Escalate unclear issues to the relevant teams for prompt resolution.
- Continuously enhance the income and employment verification process by identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements.
This is a part-time role, with a work schedule of 5-6 hours per day, Monday through Friday, within the window of 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.
This Customer Support Specialist work is completely remote, from home, and a reliable high-speed internet connection is essential.
Job Requirements for this Role
