Job Description

The Associate Customer Support Representative reports directly to the Customer Support Team Lead and is responsible for engaging with both existing and potential customers.

After comprehensive training, the Associate Customer Support Representative will handle support requests via Zendesk to address support concerns and respond to pre-sale inquiries.

Shift Hours

11 AM PST – 8 PM PST / 8 AM EST – 5PM EST

OR

12 PM PST – 9 PM PST / 9 AM EST – 6 PM EST

What You’ll Do on the Job

  • Instruct customers on the best practices for maintaining privacy.
  • Record details about the case, resolution, or feedback to contribute to the strategic direction of the company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues, advocating for the customers’ needs throughout the entire process.
  • Address inquiries received via web, email, and internal ticketing system within the timeframes aligned with department and team service levels and goals.
  • Pinpoint potential issues with the user interface.
  • Forward unresolved customer issues to the DeleteMe Support team lead.

Job Requirements for this Role

  • Prior experience in customer support or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on written proficiency.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
  • A strong passion for learning and the capability to articulate complex issues in a clear and instructive way.
  • Capability to swiftly adjust to dynamic changes in the workplace.
  • Skilled in utilizing technology and adept at navigating multiple systems.
