Job Description
Under the direction of the Head of Influencer Marketing, the Influencer Marketing Coordinator will manage external influencer relationships while optimizing internal systems to expand a robust creator program.
This role demands a blend of outstanding communication and content strategy skills, along with strong technical and analytical capabilities to develop efficient workflows, analyze campaign data, and resolve operational challenges.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance performance.
What You’ll Do on the Job
- Act as the main point of contact for influencers and external partners, executing campaigns and nurturing strong, collaborative relationships.
- Effectively convey campaign goals, timelines, and deliverables, while ensuring creators have a positive experience collaborating with DeleteMe.
- Keep an organized CRM and database for influencer outreach, media planning, and performance tracking.
- Proactively discover and implement tools or shortcuts to automate repetitive tasks and enhance team efficiency.
- Evaluate campaign performance metrics (such as engagement, conversions, and ROI) to determine success and identify areas for improvement.
- Periodically review internal systems and workflows to ensure they align with evolving program requirements.
- Utilize data to generate actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and tools to consistently enhance influencer marketing strategies.
Job Requirements for this Role
- At least 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, accompanied by experience in managing external partnerships.
- Highly skilled in using data and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, and Superset.
- Experience in organizing and maintaining systems, workflows, or project management tools to efficiently manage an influencer marketing program.
- Extensive knowledge of influencer marketing channels, especially YouTube and Podcasts.
- Possessing a detail-oriented and analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data and delivering actionable insights.
- Demonstrated expertise in identifying inefficiencies and developing scalable solutions to streamline operations.
Preferred Skills
- Background in managing large-scale influencer or creator programs at a brand or agency.
- Acquainted with automation tools, such as Zapier and Google Scripts, to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Comprehensive understanding of content strategy, creative best practices, and marketing KPIs for influencer campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related discipline.
