Kavya tells Varun she will do whatever he asks. Sanjana approaches Kavya and orders her to shut up before slapping her. Sanjana says Kavya has been yelling even though her mother, Preeta, is alive. Sanjana explains she asked Kavya nicely to wear the jewelry, but Kavya kept yelling.
Sanjana warns Kavya that if she yells again, she doesn’t know what she might do to her. Kavya starts crying. Varun asks why his grandmother slapped Kavya on his wedding day, which he doesn’t want. Sanjana replies that if Kavya had agreed to marry him nicely, nothing bad would have happened.
Varun explains he has been trying to convince Kavya that once they marry, she will get her mother back. Sanjana asks Varun to tell Kavya what she might suffer. Kavya looks at her unconscious mother, Preeta, and asks what he has done to her. Varun says Preeta is just unconscious, not dead, and won’t die.
Kavya pleads with Varun to let her go. Varun says it is up to Kavya. She says she will beg Varun to let Preeta go. Varun sits in front of her and says he feels weird when she cries because he loves her. Varun orders his men to show Kavya her mother, saying she is near the warehouse.
Bani Dadi asks Gurpreet and Mohit to sit down. She tells Rakhi she wanted to meet Palki and needs to exercise. Rakhi goes inside to get her phone. Gurpreet stands up and asks Karina if she is angry with her. Karina replies she doesn’t like people like them, but it’s not their fault. Mohit asks what his mother did wrong.
Karina explains that when visiting someone, they should leave soon after, but Gurpreet and Mohit are waiting for lunch. She asks if they will leave after lunch and if they plan to live with them since their house burned down. Gurpreet says their house burned down, but they have another property and her brother’s house. She says she won’t come to Karina even if invited. Karina gets furious. Rakhi returns and calls Palki, who is with an auto driver because their auto broke down.
Karan and Rajveer spot Palki and approach her. Rajveer asks where his aunt is. Palki says Rakhi is on the phone and informs them that Preeta went missing from the mall. Kavya called her, saying Varun saw the kidnapping and called Kavya to meet him. Rajveer asks Palki to quickly get in the car, and they leave in a hurry.
Karina asks Rakhi why she is worried. Rakhi explains that Kavya and Preeta went to the mall, but someone kidnapped Preeta. Varun saw the kidnapping and called Kavya. Rakhi is confused about the sequence of events. Bani Dadi wonders what is happening and where they will look for Kavya and Preeta. Rakhi suggests they file a complaint at the police station, so they all leave for the station.
Varun counts to three and then presents Preeta. Kavya is shocked to see her mother locked in a glass cell. Varun and Sanjana smile. Kavya gets up and runs to the glass cell, calling for her mother to open her eyes. She remembers feeling calm after hugging her mother. Kavya cries.
Sunny brings Shaurya to the Luthra Mansion, telling him not to fall. Shaurya replies that it’s his own house. Garesh says he will take Shaurya, but Sunny refuses. Garesh starts helping Shaurya, who sits on the couch, saying Rakhi mom shouldn’t find out.
Garesh informs him that Rakhi mam went to the police station. Shaurya asks why. Garesh reveals that Preeta mam was kidnapped and Kavya isn’t answering her phone. Shaurya says he needs to check it out but falls. Nidhi comes and tells him he doesn’t need to go anywhere, insisting he needs to rest.
Kavya tries to call her Preeta maa. Varun tells her the glass is soundproof, so no sound can go through. Kavya keeps calling for her Preeta maa. She asks Varun why he is doing this, saying she thought he loved her.
Varun replies that he thought Kavya was a cute girl who loved him and did whatever he asked, but she didn’t listen to him over Preeta and Palki. He felt humiliated because Kavya believed them and not him.
Varun says relationships are about give and take. He wanted to marry Kavya without problems, but they threw him out and tortured him. Now, he will do what he thinks is right. Varun orders Kavya to marry him if she wants her mother to be safe.
Kavya says he doesn’t love her; it’s just madness. She says love is seen in the eyes, but only revenge is in his eyes. Varun admits he doesn’t know about love and just wants revenge for his father. He plans to destroy the Luthra family.
Kavya apologizes for what happened to his father, saying they weren’t even alive then. Varun tells her to shut up, saying she was there and can’t change the past. He says he will decide how to take his revenge and will marry her first. After a few hours, she will understand why he is doing this. Kavya pleads with Varun to let her mother go. Varun orders her to stop, saying she is only thinking of herself and not sitting in the Mandap. He warns her that if she mentions her mother again, he will kill her.
