Job Description
The company is growing its work-from-home Chatroom Operator team! Every day, Drips drives millions of automated, humanized conversations for its clients, but automation alone isn’t sufficient, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) isn’t flawless.
The Drips team upholds the highest industry standards to keep interactions humanized. When its AI is unsure about a consumer’s message, you and your teammates will step in to read, interpret, and accurately categorize the response.
Example:
- A consumer messages, ‘Cant now, werkin’
- Your role would be to categorize this message and select the appropriate response, such as clicking the ‘I’m at work’ button.
- Your accuracy is critical—your responses help train and improve our AI model.
What You’ll Do on the Job
- Examine and reply to incoming text messages utilizing predefined responses.
- Add context and a personal touch to canned responses. For example, if a user mentions they’re feeling unwell, you could respond with: “Sorry to hear that!”
- Achieve speed targets according to the complexity of each interaction—Recognize that no two interactions are identical. Striking the right balance between providing high-quality support and efficiently managing conversation flow is crucial to keeping wait times low and minimizing backlog.
- Ensure a high standard of response quality, with all interactions assessed on a 1-4 rating scale for accuracy and effectiveness.
Job Requirements for this Role
- Outstanding attention to detail and a dedication to precision.
- Excellent typing skills with the ability to type accurately and efficiently without relying on “hunt and peck” methods.
- Exceptional grammar, spelling, and logical reasoning skills, with the capability to understand user intent even when messages contain typos, slang, or ambiguous phrasing, and respond appropriately based on context.
- Polished and professional written communication skills.
- Dependable and accountable, consistently adhering to a designated schedule.
- Require access to a stable and secure private internet connection. (Company computer will be provided)
Compensation & Work Schedule
- Pay: Up to $13/hour.
- Part-time: Up to 28 hours per week.
- Flexible shifts available(must commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week).
- Shifts range from 8 AM – 12 AM EST.
- Work from home opportunity with remote training conducted via Zoom.
