Job Description
The Company seeks an exceptional individual to join their Mudflap’s Customer Support Team.
Customer obsession is a core value at Mudflap, making Customer Support one of the most important roles at the company.
Their customers are amazing, and you will be helping them succeed with their trucking business.
They are currently hiring for two shifts:
- 5 days a week, 8 hours per day: Sunday through Thursday: 4am-12pm PST/ 7am-3pm EST
- 5 days a week, 8 hours per day: Monday through Friday: 12pm-8pm PST/3pm-11pm EST
What You’ll Do on the Job
- Handle inbound phone calls, live chats, and emails to help customers with fuel purchases, product navigation, and any other support they require.
- Make outbound calls to check in with customers and our truck stop partners.
- Deliver exceptional and outstanding service.
- Gain a deep knowledge of the Mudflap product to efficiently assist customers.
- Collaborate across departments to discover methods for delivering world-class customer service on a large scale.
Job Requirements for this Role
- 2+ years of prior experience in a remote customer support role within fintech or tech startup environments.
- Bilingual: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
- Experience with customer support tools and platforms (e.g., Zendesk or a comparable ticketing system).
- Previous experience in project work or process improvement initiatives.
- A genuine passion for customers and a commitment to providing the highest quality service.
- You are energetic, self-driven, proactive, and confident.
- Exceptional communication skills, both spoken and written.
- You have excellent multitasking abilities and a strong sense of urgency.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and embrace an “all hands on deck” mentality.
- You are humble, eager to learn, and willing to tackle any task, no matter how small.
- You take pleasure in using your investigative skills to solve problems for customers.
